Has the dog been fed?
If someone logged it, yes — and you can see who did it and when. What a “who fed the dog” app actually needs to get right
Before comparing them, it is worth being specific about what this category of app is for. Four things, roughly in order of how often they get skipped:
- Attribution, not just a checkmark. Two carers and a shared tick tells you the dog was fed. It does not tell you who fed her — which is the actual question.
- A timestamp that writes itself. Typed-in times get forgotten or estimated. The moment matters as much as the name attached to it.
- More than one kind of care. Meals are the obvious case, but the same question comes up for medicine, walks and grooming just as often.
- No setup tax. Whatever replaces a fridge magnet has to be at least as fast to use as one, or the household quietly stops using it within a week.

Shared pet care trackers for families
A wider category covers the same ground plus general pet-care organisation — reminders, health records, sometimes a full veterinary history — built for a household rather than one question:
- Furly — a pet care tracker aimed at families, couples and co-caregivers, with reminders, health records, shared routines and a profile photo for each pet. Available on iOS and Android.
- Team Pet App (teampetapp.com) — recurring care tasks assigned to specific people, plus veterinary records and in-app messaging, organised around “care teams” for households with several caregivers, including professional ones.
- Pawlo (getpawlo.app) — feeding, walks and medication with real-time sync and attribution across the household, plus streaks and a weekly summary of who did what. The free tier covers one pet; Pawlo Premium is paid. Available on iOS and Android.

There is no account and no sign-in.
